We have a 2005 Equinox that we have had back to the dealer 4 times to fix the remote mirrors. It is a real harship to do this as my wife drives about 40 miles a day to her job and while we have two other vehicles, it has been a pain to get the Nox to and from the dealer. They just had it two days last week and we drove in the snow to get it today, and when my wife started it at the dealers the mirrors still don't work! We have an extended warranty and the vehicle has about 40,000.
Does anyone know details of the Lemon Law and when I can just just enough is enough and demand another vehicle? |

Re: So, when does the Lemon Law take affect?
In NYS the lemon ends at 24k miles, check your states regs on this, some do not even have new car lemon laws.

Re: So, when does the Lemon Law take affect?
Thanks a lot. I am in Virginia and I found the Lemon law on line. It appears I still have a case and I plan to look into it further.

Re: So, when does the Lemon Law take affect?
So, I am going to pick up the Nox today. I think this is the 5th time the local dealer has tried to fix my remote mirrors. They say they found the short and put a new switch in. We will see.

Re: So, when does the Lemon Law take affect?
They finally got my mirrors fixed. I guess mentioning the Lemon Law helped. Overall, we love the Nox. It drives great and is a real jewel. The back seat leg room is the best in it's class.
