Does it come on when you are moving and turning a corner or just when you are stopped and maybe turning the wheel? If by chance it only does it when you are stopped try this. Leave it in PARK rev it up a bit turn the wheel .does light go out ? If light goes out then and it only does it at idle ,then maybe the oil pressure is getting low as the engine has to work abit harder to turn the wheels thus dropping the Rpm and therefore dropping the oil pressure.just my

i pulled into walmart parking lot and turned the wheel and the light just flickerd but didnt go straight on. welll i took a bolt i had laying around and put it over the idle screw and the oil light never came on (the bolt was about a little bigger than 1/8 inch thick and the screw was out about 1/8 so it made idle up faster.

well if it just " flickered" I`d suspect a bad connection possibly at the sensor or the engine stumbled and was about to quit.
