car vibrates sometimes stalls

91 ford tbird v6 150k

for a while my bird has been shuttering before accelerating mostly on a cold engine but recently I was downtown and the car shuddered as normal and stalled. I don't know if I didnt give it enough gas or what the problem is... but luckily I put it back in park and it started right back up again...

any help would be appreciated , I need to know what areas need to be worked on. If you need any more info, please ask.

Re: car vibrates sometimes stalls

Check voltage at the TPS, IAC operation, and EGR operation.

Re: car vibrates sometimes stalls

You know my car was doing a very similar thing to this before. But it would barely keep running and had NO power. When I opened the hood I found the intake had come off the Throttle body basically taking the MAF out of the equation and making it run REALLY lean. Luckily I caught it RIGHT away. So that MIGHT be a possibility for you as well. Or at least something to check.
