Re: hey everyone

yeah i should get some pics up...ok heres my car's life story...
i picked it up for 600 with 114k on it...pretty good condition and i had
plans for it. as i was driving i didn't notice that my brakes were too bad but obviously i found out when i went to get off the parkway and there was no brakes...so i take my exit...slide to the other side of the street and hit a curb(went in between 2 cars b4 hitting the curb and almost died).. this is when it was still stock. i thought it was ok at 1st then i hear this rubbing noise...so i pull into this bus terminal near by to check it out...(i go to open my door and as i do i dent my fender)i see my front drivers side wheel kinda loose or acting independent. i get it home and it stays there 4 a while. what happened was when i hit the curb, my tension rod snapped. this caused my wheel to go back as the rear wheels were pushing the car. this cause pressure against my fender and is which it dented when i opened my door.
so the project began. new tension rod. 75 from dealer. had to get a new control arm too...200 from dealer. figured when i was doing suspension i'd get some stuff. tokico gas shocks and lowering springs cost me about 350 i think. replaced master cylinder(for obvious reasons) new rear calipers because they were seized. new cross drilled slotted rotors. new muffler. new tie rod ends. short throw shifter. home made intake. wires, plugs, filters, battery, rear strut bar, new timing belt and water pump...and the list goes on...I'm just thinkin of some mods for my engine now and getting that fender fixed. oh yeah and i got msds headers 4 it but they aren't installed...i'm afraid of doing it haha

thats scary man...never driven a car with no brakes, and i never want to either.

glad to see your getting it back together and everything is going good. i assume you have a N/A since you bought headers.

i will let the Z31 guys guide you on your way to many more of fun Z years to come.

lol where is Wes anyways??? meh who cares..

dude it'd be alot simpler just to do a turbo swap, as moding an n/a is like buying a z32... you get the point - right Jason

j/k

but the first upgrades you should do are intake, headers, and exhaust with either a high flow cat, or a gutted cat, depending on where you live. Anything other than that is really just a waste of money.

no, i dont get the point. it actually makes no sense to me. modding an N/A is like modding a 300hp Twin Turbo car that has won nameless awards? hmm....let me think............................NO!

you guys are out of your mind, ya get stuck with an inferior car and you have to try and convince yourself that it is better. i understand guys...its ok. disappointing...
