What's the trick in replacing the WP in a '93 88 Royale w/ a 3800 engine?
Does the engine mount have to come off first? If so, how is this best accomplished? DJN |

Re: '93 88 Royale water pump replacement
I have done a 97 buick lesabre with a 3.8 in it and I had to jack the engine up a bit. Then take the mount completly off then I had full access to the area. I am not familar with the 93' but it may be close in the procedure. I had to take the tire off to get to the bolts on the mount from inside the wheel well. It took me 2hrs to do it, while I was in there I changed the belt too.
