A entirely new supercar not based on the current Zonda (project C8). A next generation Mercedes Benz V12 supporting four-valve-heads and more power. "The new engine could reach 885 pound-feet of torque, but we already have wheelspin on a dry road with 553 pound-feet, so why?" said Horatio Pagani (founder of Pagani). 627 pound-feet of torque figure is targeted, along with a advanced Bosch traction control system.
Car & Driver has seen the sketches and describe it as a very sleek and exotic looking car, more so than the Zonda.
For now Pagani hasn't released any official press info, neither the sketches to the public. Pagani was very secret about the Zonda and shocked automotive enthusiasts when they unveiled it at the Geneva motorshow.
