Doing some mod's please help
Okay maybe some of you's can help me out here. i want to paint my air conditioning ducts but i can't figure out how to get them out.
Another thing im wondering about is i want to put in doors that dont have power windows. Does anyone know if any 1992 gs's came with manual doors. I want to do this mod becuase my motors freeze when it gets cold and they never work half the time. And hopfully someone can show me some pictures of there interior mods and give me some tips. thanks guys.

well i love power windows, but im a simple person... i mean really simple.. and in my eyes i see power windows as one more thing that can go wrong with my car haha, i hope that makes sence somehow.

yeah my power windows are a nightmare! i will be glad once they are out, a little turning of the knob is also good exersize. i see it this way its a DSM its not a Lexus...so it dont have to be a luxury car.

Converting to manual windows will be kind of a bitch. You'll have to either A) take out your power motors and tracks and find a way to jimmy in the manual stuff, or B) just get new doors. I changed the power window on Mikes talon, believe me, not a whole lot of fun.

 Build on hold until I get a good paying job, either in school or once I get out. At that time a full tear down and complete rebuild should be in order. The Purple People Eater will ride again... January 2011 can't come soon enough.
