Engine help!

I have a 1992 Chevy S-10 4x4 truck. I would like to know what engine is in the ruck. I know the vins 8th letter is a Z. I know it is a 4.3 V6. But is it the High Output motor or not.

No the w is high output, you can tell by the TB vs the cpfi unit, look completely different.
