How do I remove these? And put them back on? I need to install some new speakers..

If the 97 is anything like my 94, the panels simply pop off... they are pressed in with clips and all you should have to do is wedge something in near each one and pry it loose.

You'll need to take the window handle loose if you don't have power windows. Push the panel in behind the crank handle and you will see a clip on the shaft inside. Take a coat hanger and bend the end of it to snag the clip and pull it off. To put it back on you just put it on the handle and push the handle back onto the shaft.
