Front end making a squeaking noise.

My 01 LS has recently started to make a loud squeaking noise in the front passenger wheel well. It only occurs when turning, but its happens at almost all speeds. Any suggestions?

from the sounds of it, it could be a ball joint or tie rod, maybe even perhaps the sway bar bushings which is very common in these particular cars

How difficult/expensive is it to replace the ball joints?
