99 ford contour 4 cylener

my problem is.my car would start fine when i came to a stop it would die it starts back up.when i turn on my lights heater.it dies again starts back up .until i stop again .its like its not charging good.i put a new battery and alternator on it but still dies. and suggestions?

make sure the harness is properly connected on the altenator.
