2000 S10 2.2 Injector circuit open

My 2000 S10 has been stalling out lately and I'm not sure what to do to stop the bleeding. The problen begin with hard starts where the gas had to be applied to get it going. Then I went out one day and started it but as soon as I put it in gear it died. After 4 or 5 times of this it wouldnt even roll over. After it sat for awhile it started and went in gear but only stayed running for a mile or two before it died again. I tested the alternator and it checked out fine. I put a new battery in for good measure also. I then tested the fuel pressure and got 45lbs with the key on but engine not running and 40lbs with it running. I have put a new fuel filter and fuel pump in it but the fuel pressure has not changed. The code reader got codes PO200 (Injector ciruit open) & PO452 (EVAP Emission cont system pressure sensor low). I was told to test the connection with a test light at the injector & if they blink they are fine and the PCM will probably have to be replaced. Can someone please give me some advice or help with this problem?
