Goofy Blinkers...
I have a 1979 Trans Am that has some issues with the blinker. My right-hand blinker works when the ignition is on and the car is off. However, when you start the car, all it does is make the blinking noise but the signal on the dashboard doesn't light up. Also, it seems to work once in a while when I am cornering. It seems to have a mind of it's own. Note, it's only the right side blinker, for now anyway.... I need some help here. This is definitely a weird occurance.

Hhmmm..... have you checked the blinker fluid?
Just busting yer balls man.... Try swapping out the flasher relay. I had the same symptoms in another car once and that was the prob. Good luck!
