holley carb question

i have a 1982 camaro and i just bought a holley 670 street avenger for. i was wondering if anybody has had any problems with these carbs or if anybody knows how to adjust them or knows anything about them. my car runs like crap with this carb, could someone please help me. thank u

what size motor??? did you hook everything up properly?? the carb should be tunned pretty good for any stock or mild motor... check all the lines... you might have left a vacuum line or something unhooked

1 agreed, what size motor?

2 these are some of the easiest fricken carbs to adjust, and allso over adjust. Follow the directions and read the tips abuot how to use the float sight glasses and you'll be ok.

3 which actually s/b 1, keep it simple, make sure all vacuum lines are accounted for and in good order, hooked up to the correct vacuum type source (ie, you don't have your egr hooked up to manifold vacuum, etc)
