possible pcm problems???

i have a 95 dodge neon and im having problems with it, when you start it up the battery light comes on right away, and then when it warms up it also starts to run bad, it runs good at an idle but any more then that it spits and sputters, i have given it a charging system test and everything is charging fine but the light is still on. i store my car in the winter and just before i did this year i had degreased the engine, and the night that i did that everything froze, can somebody give me a clue as to what happened?

Is your check engine light lit? If so, do the key dance to pull the codes. Spitting and sputtering sounds like the spark plugs need to be changed to me, but that would be a guess w/o more info being given.
