good question, i tried to remove my rear deck, even AFTER reading the "IMPORTANT:" post, but still had troubles. almost broke the damn thing by getting frustrated. so now i have 2 alpine type-r 6x9's sitting in my room waiting to be installed. the local shops are backed up at the moment. i would love to do it myself, but i dont wanna break anything......

i have no clue but my friend said he had to come in from the trunk and do it...idk if that helps but mabye its something you can look into..

Pull down the back seat and pop off the plastic peices carefully. then the rear carpet just comes up. Be easy on teh plastic though there are a few pieces

Someone told me he had 5.25 speakers installed in the doors instead of 4x6 ones, and I was wondering does anyone know how much work is involved in this, do you have to do any cutting or anythign?

i got 6's in my front doors. i just made some plastic plates but they also sell them on ebay
