Head Gasket Stock Thicknesses

I am going to be building a D16A/Y8 Mini-me engine this summer. I am going to go with the stock D16A pistons. I want to compensate for some of the raised compression rate with a Thicker than stock Head gasket. I have seen several different Turbo Head gaskets that are 2MM thick and up. I am curious what the difference in thickness is between the thicker Head gaskets and the stock ones. Anyone know what the OEM Head gasket thicknesses are for the Z6 and Y8 VTEC Motors? Or, does anyone know approximately how much I can expect one of the Turbo Head gaskets to lower the compression in this setup? I want to get the CR down in the low to mid 10s. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
