Cavalier Brake problems '94'

While I was attempting to remove the caliper bolts I got the top one out without to much difficulty but the lower one is so tight that the hex indent is now rounded out.
Do both of the screws turn the same way to remove? I tried it both ways and no success.
I tried an easy out/extractor to remove the bolt but that broke off and is now stuck inside the head.
Anyone else had a problem removeing a caliper bolt?
