Re: seriously help me

It all depends on what all wires you need. Some of the connections are different between the different years (even the Si). You'd have to be more specific. Look at the electrical section of this manual and study the pin outs from the ECU. Take your ecu out of the car and try to line up the colored wires using the diagram. If you're going MPFI, you'll need a different ECU anyway but I think most of the wiring is similar. Someone is selling MPFI stuff in the classifieds.

Re: seriously help me

Which SI harness would you be speaking of? Because I just put a bid on one as well, there are only two of them that I found.

Re: seriously help me

i've got a si engine harness for sale right now. check it out in the classifieds sections. I seen some on ebay going for 120 bucks! im only asking 90.

anyways, if you want to use a si interior harness you will also need the engine harness too since the conections are all different and stuff. have fun.

Re: seriously help me

well all i need right now is the chassis harness so i can put my dash together again but thanks for the offer. the spacs on my car are its a 89 crx dx and thats about. and to be more specific about what i want it to hook to. i am just worried about the nessesary things like lights rpms to work dont know of all the stuff but i would like to know if i could buy a crx 89 90 91 harness and just hook up the nessesary things. i know the si harness will have sun roof plugs but im pretty sure that wont matter. and i dont have the ac box anymore so i dont have to worrie about climate control either so if you can help me aout with an answer that would be really nice. question: will it fit or will i just have to buy a dx pos harness. and hybrid i will send you a pm when i get to that point. layta

Re: seriously help me

like i said, if you use the si interior harness you need a si engine haress, since everything is different from a dx and si.

you can get it all wired up for now, but its not gonna work right. you'd be best off just getting a dx harness for now unless you are planning to do a mpfi swap soon, then just pick up a si engine harness and interior harness and you wont have to worry about wiring the mpfi stuff yourself.

Re: seriously help me

It should, as the hf is mpfi as well, we kinda got screwed on that DX thing eh? It has all the same interior electronics doesnt it? I know that the hf did have a shift light though....

Re: seriously help me

hah the hf had a shift light? what did it come on at 2000 rpm. my buddys focus had that and it told him to shift around 1700 rpm's but maybe we wouldent have blown his head gasket if we wouldhave fallowed the light. oh well aint my car nd it only led him to get a better car. 92 integra LS
