Blatantly stolen off another forum

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/11245302/

Guy hurt his neck because he chose to dodge a 1/2 gram piece of shrimp and ended up getting really unlucky. Sorry but shit happens. No payment. Next.

Re: Blatantly stolen off another forum

People sue too much, and I think it is very callous to use such a lame excuse as a flying shrimp. They are trying to profit from the death of a "loved one". That pisses me off. If you think about it, the fault is the man's. If he never went out to eat then he wouldn't have gotten food thrown at him. So they should sue the dead guy for getting himself killed by a fucking shrimp!

Re: Blatantly stolen off another forum

Another foolish lawsuit. They'll need to prove that the neck injury occurred in Benihana.....it could have happened before or after. 10 months after? C'mon.

If that guy's parents hadn't hooked up, he never would've existed, therefore, he would not have EVER needed to eat anything, anywhere, at anytime. He would also never be required to dodge anything. I fully blame his parents for his death...
