1997 blazer s10 heater motor replacement info help
I need to replace my daughters 1997 blazer heater motor. It keeps shutting off and u have to get out and open the hood and tap on the motor. i checked the voltage on the plug and all seems ok. Question is how hard is it to replace the blower motor. I see some cut marks near the motor that says cut here. Can someone help in the R&R of the motor and how hard it is and the step by step procedure to replace this. Thanks for the replys

Re: 1997 blazer s10 heater motor replacement info help
Just a not on the link Southern Comfort posted. The one thing it doesn't tell you in replacing the blower motor is that you have to remove the passenger side fender. Also if the casing is too crumbly with age you will need to replace it as well...(I recently did this, unfortunatly I couldn't get away with just cutting the casing, I had to replace it because it literally fell apart in my hands)
