2005 F-150 Aftermarket stereo hook up question.

Im wondering to hook up a aftermarket stereo in a 2005 ford f-150 if there is anything i should know, first how do you take out the stock radio it doesnt have the four holes like the old ford models and is the stereo the only thing hooked up through the fuse. are there any kind of problems there could be taking the stock radio out, like vehicle chimes are there modules to replace the chimes if there are any that run through the stereo. and what is a basic run through of swapping out the stock radio and installing an aftermarket one.
Plus replacing all 4 speakers in the door panels, whats a basic run through.?
