95 neon flash out codes

95 neon, eng light on, cycled ignition to get flash out codes,
DTC 12, 22, 23, 55, any web sites where I can find the meaning, or does someone have the code descriptions? I think it has to do with the ECT sensor, the cooling fan cycles at start up when engine is cold and A/C is off. I am a Ford Technician so I have no access to these codes. Any help would be great.
