1988 TC Heater Problem - Need help

1988 TC Heater with Automatic Temp control shifts blowing heat from the floor to a different place during heavy acceleration. Probably a vacuum problem but I'm unable to solve it.
Replaced the reservoir can still same problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
