92 GT 5sfe swap cant go over 95 miles HElP anyone.

Hi there i have just swaped 5sfe from 2001 camry on to my 92 celica GT auto trans everythign is great no civic or mazda is able to take it at start up. BUt there is a problem.
It starts out fast and speed picks up hela fast till it hits the 95MPH mark and then its like some thing is holding it back. i have cheked most of the wiring replace all the spark plugs
and wires changed oils. it is still salling at 95 MPH. maybe bcause its automatic. But my friends celica dont do that i have no i dea what to think of.
If any one had this prob before help out guys i would really apreciate it.

maybe a govorner? if u live in a smoggy place it my not be ghetting enough oxygen at high speeds. could be alot of things really.

what state is your celica?
what state did the camry engine come out of

do you know if you used a 2 wire or 4 wire o2 sensor? and if you have 2 oppsed to the other engine have 1 or 2

witch ecu did u use, if you used the camry that is why

I used the block and head from the Camry.
All of the wiring is left stock. and ECU too. Cuzz Celicas intake manifold fit right on.
