Re: what to do?
i'd say headers, and i've heard you can pass without the A.I.R. fittings there. I'm gonna try.

Re: what to do?
I would do the headers, you're deffinatley going to need those if you want some more go. And who knows, you might run across a good deal on some decent heads that'll let you run a bigger cam while you're waiting for some more funds.

Re: what to do?
i'm just gonna say lt1 cam to be different... lol na but in order to get the full benefit of the cam you're gonna need to have it tuned, then tune it once again when you have the cam and headers... but if you just go with headers at first then you don't need a tune... so i would say headers

Re: what to do?
Basic decision is if you wanna do something about the chip or not. If you don't want to do something with the chip headers will give you more power than the cam. If you wanna change the chip, the cam will give you more than the headers.
So, If you don't wanna do chip work, and you want to drive it... headers If you want to do chip work, or buy a chip.... cam. And if you do all three...

Re: what to do?
It's just that my post count is so small and what you said was so important I thought I'd just say it again. And if it was me I would buy tuning stuff, learn how to tune, put on headers, then put in cam. Also it's been proven that with just exaust, open air filter, 3.42 posi, and tuning l03 camaros can run ~14.5-14.9. With a cam about the same as an lt1 and tuning the same car turned a 13.8. There is some hope with tuning.
