Automatic Tranmission.

Ask the dealer if you don't know what it means. They will usually always give you some idea although they may not be the most competent at fixing it.

it will blink if there's something wrong with the a/t, but it is normal for it to light up and go off after a few seconds during startup.

mine blinked continuously way back last january, accompanied by a loss of pulling power and when you step on the gas, the paj didn't know whether to stay in gear/upshift/downshift.

the dealer checked it out and found out it was just a loose TPS sensor, which was good as i didn't need to replace parts. other causes for it to light up would be a bad tranny, atf needing replacement, and so on.
