Lights and tires

Two things. What other size tire can I put on a 95 Aurora? There is only one other car that takes this size and it is a Cadilac. There is a truck also but I want to avoid those tires :-)

Lights
If you look at the front headlight assembly you will see 3 bulbs, but if you look real close you will see a small spot on the far outboard sides for another one, there is evan a hole for the bulb. What was/is this for? The big plastic light thing that is connected to the trunk lid was also made to have lights in it so the whole thing lights up. I took mine off and there is sockets for the light bulbs. What happened here? Is there a law that says you can only have so much light in the rear? I am going to splice into my center brake light and put bulbs in the trunk part so people know when I am going to be stopping. What do you think.

Re: Lights and tires

Well for the tires u can use anysize that fits but i strongly recommend stock size cause i got one with lower profile and my front skid palte has about had it plus in winter they suck. As for tha light there actaully is a law depending on where u live on how many light can be operating while driving in the fromt and the rear. And u better believe the cops will let u kno so i would look more into thart if i were u.

Re: Lights and tires

stick with the same rolling diameter. a 245/35/zr 20 . i've seen one with 22's tho might have to recalibrate speedo. bigger wheel also lifts the car up making it look like a fukn roller skate. i have 245/35/zr20 nitto nt555, decorsa polaris 5 chrome 20's. switchin to nexen n3000 245/35/zr 20. gona bag it next. this car should be down, no wheel gap. gona check the rear lights. more brake lights in middle would look good, gona look into it. (should hook up a switch to turn off brake lights when slowin down from high speed so the "super pig reno 911 dudly do right ball busters" don't see me slowin down) not sure about the front. (another option is hid). the customizing laws in u.s. are fukn lame. need to take after europe. euro style is the way, it's still behind here. gota definately lightly black out the backup lights.. look fugly. also gona look into trunk lip spoiler, like benz amg cls-55.
