SRT4 vs. new STI

Well I was comming home after picking up a new oil sending unit from the store and I see this new sti hauling ass. I sped up a little bit just enough to level with him. We both cruised for a little bit and eventually caught a redlight. He didn't seem like he was going to launch so I didn't bother either. When the light turned green we both just rolled into it about the same time. At the end of 3rd I had about 1/2 a car on him until someone pulled out and cut him off. The next one was from a 45mph roll...We got up to about 90 and he had about 1 car on me but I was slowly closing in(we stopped because of traffic ahead). We pulled up to another redlight and talked for a little bit. He had intake, downpipe, exhaust, and some underdrive pulleys. And my mods are as listed(18.5psi dropping to 15@redline) After that we went into our separate directions and right as I was about to get home a fartcan focus randomly screams past me and flashes their emergencies( I didn't think I was racing anyone??? ), so in return I flashed my emergencies to let him know that I must-of being racing and not realized it and that the focus definitely beat me.

Re: SRT4 vs. new STI

Good kill and good death. Even better that he was modded as well as you.

I didn't care for the new front end of the sti/wrx at first, but now that i've gotten a close look at them, I like them more than the old version. They seem a little more grown up I suppose.

Re: SRT4 vs. new STI

I like the new Sti front end too. Much more euro.

However, I'd rather have forged pistons.

Re: SRT4 vs. new STI

Very good races. What color is that first one that you posted Tat? Is that custom, or available in the US?
