ball joint press instructions?

Hey all

does anyone know how to use a ball joint press to get the ball joint back into the control arm? i borrowed one from autozone but it didn't come with any instructions and i'm hesitant to take everything apart without first researching on how the dang thing is supposed to work...

the last time i replaced a ball joint it took me hours trying to heave the ball joint into the arm...mainly because i'm a 120lb stick.

Any suggestions?

You don't say what year but the ball joints on w bodies are usually riveted in, you must chop out the rivets and the ball joint is not a press fit, bolts then replace the rivets.
