vtec conversion kit

ok really confused about this...http://www.modacar.com/products/Acur...+Eagle+VT.html it says its a vtec conversion kit for a b18b engine but it jus doesnt add up to me...it has all teh parts to get oil to the head great, but how the hell does teh help with the valve timing...thats wat vtec is in short rite?? or is this a kit to use if you buy a vtec head and it connects it to teh non vtec block...thats the best i can come up with buy im confused...can someone tell me wat this is used for??thanks

The kit makes it easier to slap on a vtec head to a b18b or b20 block. So you still need a vtec head. Before all these kits came out, I believe (though I may have gotten the wrong idea) that there was some minor machining involved when doing an LS/VTEC.

what all is involved in doin the conversion...lets say i got a vtec head and teh conversion kit...would i need to get a new ecu..and wat else would i need to replace for it to work properly....and how much of a gain would i get if i did the conversion???
