Rear end

This guy is going to sell me a 10bolt rear end for my camaro and it has 3.73's in it, it is also has rear disc. He is letting me have it for $250. Is this a good deal? it is in good shape. And how hard is it going to be to put it in my car with rear durums? What all do i have to change? say bye bye to thoes one wheel burn outs,lol

yea seems like a good deal.. does it come with the calipers and rotors??

and for the change over all i think you need is the brake lines. maybe someone else knows more

i'm sorry, but i have to agree with him, why would you compair rice wit american muscel?, and about the calipers, i will ask him tommarow if they come with it, i think they do.

you are going to need a new proportioning valve to run discs in the rear instead of drums... u didn't say it, are u sure its a posi? just cuz it has 3.73 doesn't mean its a positrac... it prolly is but did you make sure?

ya i am shure it is, and how hard is it to chage the valve? are they expensive? i think you can only get then at the dealer right?

Oh and, brake lines and the valve (if you had a 4th gen you wouldnt need to worry abotu the valve ) should be it... how many miles are on it? sounds like a good deal.
