Re: supercharger??

a buddy of mine had a jackson racing supercharger on his 96 gsr and loved it.. drove it daily and beat the hell out of it sometimes with no problems what so ever.. it just depends what you want from your car.. both have there ups and downs.. what kind of hp goal are you hoping for?? and do you have the stock bottom end? you can also make alot more power with a turbo if the motor is built for it
just my

Re: supercharger??

turbos seem to match the high-revving abilities of B18s, as in turbos make most of their power at the top end. Superchargers give more on the low/midrange. Superchargers are more expensive. THis topic has been beaten into the ground. google it.

Re: supercharger??

id have to say a turbo is the way to go all around performance wise. a supercharger wont be bad but the specs on the integra fit a turbo more nd would be able to take more boost than a supercharger

Re: supercharger??

I've had 1 on my Type R for a while now. It made 260 WHP & 175 WTQ on 10 LBS of boost. Getting rid of it & moving onto a turbo w/ a built motor. I'm only changing cause I'm a drag strip freak & don't do autocross. As far as on the street, it's a torque monster & will light the tires up @ will till about third gear. It's been alot of fun. If your new to the forced induction world I'd say go this route. Alot less hassels. Godd luck!
