Loud Hum in Left Front Wheel??

Not sure if this is the right place for this or not??

Whenever I make a right turn, there is a loud hum or rubbing noise that comes from my left front wheel. What would cause this? The hum is not present at any other time. I'd like to have an understanding of what it could be befoe I take it to the garage and get charged alot of money

Thanks,
Amanda

wheel bearings are likely but a rough rotor will also do that in a turn
