Question for 3rd gen owners

My friend just bought an 89 Si and he wants to replace most of the stock bulbs with brighter ones.

I need to know what type of bulbs to use for the following....

Headlights, fog lights, parking lights, front turn signals, rear turn signals, and I think thats it.
