FS - 265/75 R16 Yokohama Geolander AT II
only have 5k miles on them.
Tires are great, nothing wrong with them; they are the LT265's with 16/32 tread depth. Rotated only once so far. These tires look great on the Rodeo, the only reason they are for sale is I also pull a heavy boat with this Rodeo and I didn't realize til the weekend just how much bigger these tires are over the 245/75's I use to run. I had to move the boat around the other day, and the truck was struggling WAY more then I like. So, unfortunately they've got to go, my boat was here first If you don't haul a load, this size tire is fine for the 3.2L Sohc, I've had no issues or complaints about the power with just the truck. But, if you're gonna tow more then 3k#, these will not work. Asking $350, OBO, buyer pays shipping

Where do you live? I'm wondering how much shipping would be to Charleston, SC.

I'm prolly way off base
, but wouldn't a slightly larger diameter tire enhance towing power?!? Doesn't the bigger diameter tire result in a 'lower gearing' effect like higher RPM's at hywy speeds??Joel

Re: FS - 265/75 R16 Yokohama Geolander AT II
You know you could be on to something that I hadn't thought about.
I have a plan that I should've thought of before posting this thread - here's the scoop, tell me what you think. Last Spark plug change came about 80k miles ago - Bosch Double platinum We pulled 1 about 20k miles ago, and it was still good and clean, box said they were good for 100k. However, I'm changing them out VERY soon, like in the next month. Other question is, I only recall 1 time ever of having to change one of the coil packs; all others are original = 150k miles Que me in on what all I should do in regards to whether or not coils packs, wires, etc need changed along with spark plugs. Fuel filter is only 15k old; and next month it's getting a tranny & radiator flush along with new plugs. Problem - truck has lost a bit of zip, seems to struggle at times to maintain speed. No CEL is on anymore, fuel pump IS original (don't know if that plays a part); have only always used a paper filter, in which I've never had to clean the MAF (IIRC) sensor?? For a while, I was playing around with a CEL code of P0401 (insufficient EGR flow), cleaned EGR twice, dumped a bottle & a half of Techron fuel cleaner in about 400 miles ago, CEL went off shortly thereafter and has not returned. Need input on ideas??
