Smile 1997,Corolla

Hello all! I just got a 97' Corolla from my parents.Car has 102,000 miles.Has been taken care of very well.Had new starter,And timeing belt last year. Are there any issues with this year of Corolla?? It is a southern car,No rust anywhere.Pretty much a plain jane car,Only options are 3 speed automatic,And airconditioner. Any input would be helpful. Thanks for reading this note!! Diesel 1962...................

Re: 1997,Corolla

Overall it's a solid car. As long as you take care of it it'll last forever. Only thing to watch out for in the future is fluid lines. I have a 93 and over the past two years I've had to replace fuel, brake and tranny fluid lines. They tend to rust out without you noticing so just keep an eye on them, but other than that you got yourself a nice car.
