if itunes goes away..it's cuz i killed it

so i'm pretty pissed at itunes right now. i've spent A LOT of time DL'ing the music video i wanted to put on my brand new ipod and then it was like oh you can't put that on there, that's the wrong form. so i went to the ipod help site and it said that my 3 week old verison of itunes was way outdated and i needed a new one. so fine. i got that and then it said i had to convert my fallout boy video to a workable ipod video form. by the time that was finished i had wasted approx. 4 hours on this. so i go and put my video on my ipod and holy shit it works! but wait...where's the sound? itunes, u POS, stripped the sound from my MUSIC video when it did the conversion. it's not my headphones or ipod cuz it wouldn't play sound on my comp either and the file is half the size it used to be... how can i get my music video to play sound on my ipod and play the video? the ipod support site couldn't help me there.

try calling apple care. they usually answer one question without making you buy their service.

Dont use itunes to convert the video. Use another program i myself use nero and it works perfect. Converts the video to a suitable format and works perfect.

I use videora ipod converter to convert avis or mpgs to mp4 format, works well.
