popping/clicking

Hi i have a 03 auto tranny. i have a popping noise coming from my right front tire area. i've only noticed it when i accellerate from at stop with my wheels turned. It isnt a continual popping like it would be the CV joint, usually just one pop and its good. I'm gonna have a look when i get off work i was just looking for some suggestions. btw its lowered/eibach sportlines, new shocks/struts, and 17 in tires if these things would affect my situation. But everything has a been on the car for a little while and the noise just appeared yesterday.

Thanks
Branton
