Heller makes kits of the Xsara, both in 1/24 and 1/43 scale. As for why Tamiya hasn't made this kit, its beyond me...can anyone truly figure out what Tamiya is doing?

I think that Citroen don't give right to anyone else except French firms. None of major Japan firms don't make it, not even Fujimi or Hasegawa.
