Front Page
The front page, which contains "news" that gets updated tremendously infrequently, makes this site feel stagnant. I think you should either make a commitment to updating it regularly, or just leave a graphic up that introduces us to the site. A front page that has the pretense of being updated regularly but isn't makes makes the site feel abandoned.
