Help Me Please!!!

I need some help with my 1992 Camaro RS v8 305. When I start the car, the whole car will shake! When I push down on the gas, the car will run fine above 2k rpm's. But when I let off, the car will shake and shut off. I think it has something to do with a leak in a vacuum hose? PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Shake like it's about to die? Shake like it's misfiring? Check engine light (codes)? When did it start? Was anything done to it around the time it started this?
