rear change
I wanted to know if I get a rear end from a z28 and put it on my car a v6 if it will be any different.
Also if I get a used one how many miles are they good for or when do they wear out. What kind of cost would I be looking to spend on one. |

Re: rear change
Depending on what type of brakes are on both. That could create a issue. A different master cylinder may be needed. Also, the 7.5 is not known for being extra strong so you want one from as low a mileage vehicle as possible and want to make sure it wasn't making any noise before being removed. Other than brakes its most likely just a bolt up job. If you get a deal you could wind uop paying anywhere from $200 - $400 for a complete rear.
