Turn signals on.

Hopefully somebody can help me out. I have a 73 bug that has a problem with the rear turn signals coming on when headlights are turned on.

When headlights are not on everything works like it is suppose to.

Anybody have any suggestions?

Short circuit or crossed wires in the flasher relay or emergency flasher switch.
