Question 88 CRX DX Bad Idle/Miss

I think I know the answer to this but figured I'd run it by you guys to check. Car idles up and down a little when cold and then misses when warmed up. Since the day I bought the car I have heard a hissing noise from around the throttle body(DPFI). Changed all the vacumm lines to no avail. Finally today, I took carb cleaner to the throttle body. When I sprayed it at the part where the spring and the throotle cable are on the lower butterfly it almost dies. I'm guessing it shouldn't be sucking air here? Thanks in advance!

Tighten screw on TB. that dont work sounds like IACV on back of manifold.Take intake off and cover top hole inside TB on left with finger while running.see if that helps.
