Definitly not a Shelby, but it is American and the year is 1958.

seems to be very close to a ferrari 250 gto ....... like this
 but maby a racing version, what every it is 58 is too long ago for those wheels i would have said more early 60's

No, I'm pretty sure that it is from 1958, and it isn't ferrari.
