Radio unlock code

Hi,

I have unplugged the battery, to find that the radio is asking me for a code.
The dealer did not give me this code, and is asking me for $40 to unlock it, which is completely unreasonable, considering this is a cassette player.

Does anybody have such a code?
I also read that I have to press some sort of key combination to begin the code input. Apparently, when I press the numbers on the radio, it doesn't accept them.

I have a 1993 626, the player is built by Fujitsu-Ten. I am working on a way to get the serial number. Will get back to you as soon as I get it.
