sick '92 Eclipse help please!

Hello there, I'm new to this page and to this car. My everyday driver is a Jeep so I thought I would purchase a sports car. I have found it has a very very rough idle but when I pull the plugs one by one it does not seem to point to any of them as the problem. Does anyone else have any ideas I can try on my new '92 Eclipse? I can be more specific, once it warms up there is a rough idle that sometimes allows it to die. When this happens it has a slight hesitation when I am taking off not matter slow or fast. It passed inspection so I'm certain it is something simple but I'm just not finding it yet. thanks
