Question clutch adapter plate 94 ranger

removed trans to put in new clutch components pilot bearing rollers gone completely also found some bearings behind the clutch adapter plate went to dealer and they said there's none behind the plate only a oil seal front and rear I can see the gears on the input shaft is there bearings and where did they come from wanting to put this trans back in but not half @#%^&*

How about the throw-out bearing? I know there's a bearing mated together with the slave cylinder and a spring. I've never torn one of them apart, so I'm not sure what the inner workings of the throw-out bearing would look like.

I did check that, the input shaft and the clutch adapter plater didn't have enough clearance so that the bearings would come thru thxs
