Angry 1988 Toyota Supra wants to be driven into a river

Ok people don't get me wrong I mean I love My Supra Turbo with only 65000 miles on it. On the bad side it is auto but hey you can't have every thing any way I NEED HELP!!!! Ok so when I go to start my car up it kinda runs rough but after a min it revs up and becomes calm but today wen I left work it was rough wen i started it and as I was waiting for it to warm up it started goin to low rpm's 400-600 and jumping around almost turning off but i gave it gas and it went back up and was still kinda rough not to mention earlier today wen I drive it every things fine it's wen i apply the breaks that it kinda goes to shit. I hit the breaks and the needel moves up and down at around 500rmps and the check engine light comes on so i put it in nutral and it's fine some times, but if I leave it in drive and the needel moves around and the car will shut off and I'll have to put it in park and restart it. I'm scared that one day it wont start up but so far it starts up again well any way I drove it to work today and saw a red light so i put it in nutral and the rpms started acting funny so i tried to give it gas but i was to late i was still rolling and turned the key and it started up again I don't know this shits confusing a friend of mine said it might be the crank case sensor and some people on the forums that had some wat of the same problem said it was one of the ground cabels loose and don't know if any one can help me PLEASE DO Because I Love my Supra and don't really wana get rid of her THANKS GUYS MIKE

Re: 1988 Toyota Supra wants to be driven into a river

check for vacuum leaks; get your car to idle(if it will) and spray your vaccum lines with carb cleaner and when you spray a line and it changes the rpm consistenly replace the line or lines.

If you are getting a CEL then you should pull the code. It might be the mass air flow sensor, vac leaks, or an ignition problem.
